Job summary

Four Seasons Maui seeks a dedicated Steward to maintain cleanliness and sanitation of china, glass, silverware, and all kitchen areas. The role supports Food & Beverage operations and reports to the Stewarding Management Team.

Applicants must have legal authorization to work in the United States at application time. The position offers a full-time schedule based on operational needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on safety and quality in a luxury resort setting.

Qualifications

• Must have Hawaii Food Handler Card.
• Experience with kitchen sanitation and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize china, glass, and silver using the dishwashing machine.
• Clean and sanitize ovens, steam kettles, mixers and other kitchen equipment and production areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of pots, pans, and kitchen utensils with proper solutions.
