Job summary

Flying Horse Resort and Club in Colorado Springs seeks a dedicated kitchen support/ dishwasher to maintain a clean, efficient dish station and assist in all facets of kitchen operations. You will wash, sort, and prep dishes, keep the area organized, and support cooks and servers to ensure guests have a memorable dining experience.

The position requires the ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and follow food safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of restaurant experience preferred.
• Must be detail oriented, accurate and organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of Point-of-Sale operations is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean kitchen, wash and sort soiled dishes, and prep as needed.
• Set up dish stations, dish machines, and sinks; keep floors clean and dry.
• Assist in all facets of the operation and work with a passionate team.
• Stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs; bend, reach, twist and use hands.
• Report kitchen accidents or food safety violations and follow supervisor instructions.
