Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a high-volume, full-service culinary environment.
• Basic awareness of food safety standards.
• Candidates must have legal authorization to work in the United States at the time of application.
• Must meet minimum legal age to serve alcohol and work certain shifts, per local regulations.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pristine kitchen environment by upholding sanitation and organization across dish station and back-of-house areas.
• Thoroughly clean plateware, glassware, cookware, and utensils to support flawless service.
• Build foundational knowledge of RH’s menu items to better support kitchen operations.
• Collaborate with team members to assist with daily food prep, inventory, and cleaning tasks.
