Job summary

BlueStar Resort & Golf in Castle Pines, Colorado is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to maintain a sanitary kitchen and keep restaurant equipment clean and organized. You will report to the Food & Beverage Supervisor and support both kitchen and banquet teams.

Responsibilities include cleaning dishes by hand or machine, sweeping and mopping floors, and assisting with supply deliveries as needed. A flexible schedule, strong teamwork, and attention to safety are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 months of related experience preferred.
• Current Food Handlers Card.
• Positive communication with team members and supervisors.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with little supervision.
• Keeps high work standards, detail-oriented, timely.

Responsibilities

• Keep dishwashing area clean and orderly; maintain food safety and sanitation.
• Wash dishes, glasses, pots and pans by hand or in dishwashing machine.
• Return dishes and equipment to storage areas.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors; clean work surfaces per sanitation standards.
• Sort bottles and operate bottle disposal as needed.
• Move dishes and equipment between work areas and storage.
• Support kitchen and banquet staff as needed and report safety issues.
