Job summary

Four Seasons Napa Valley is seeking a Cook 2 to join CAMPO Pool Restaurant and Banquet events. Prepare all food items per guest orders, follow production requirements and prestige quality standards, and maintain a safe, sanitary kitchen environment.

This intermediate-level position requires at least two years in a restaurant setting, high school education or culinary training, and the ability to operate and clean the listed equipment. It offers full-time shifts to support 24/7 operations.

Qualifications

• High school education or culinary training preferred.
• Minimum two years background in restaurants or hotel restaurants preferred.
• Advance knife skills and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items per guest orders for CAMPO Pool Restaurant and Banquet events following production requirements and quality standards.
• Complete mis en place and set-up station for breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner service.
• Maintain a safe, sanitary work environment and clean kitchen equipment.
• Liaise between line-staff and kitchen management to ensure operations meet standards.
