Job summary

Harwood Hospitality Group's Hôtel Swexan in Dallas is seeking a friendly, professional host to warmly greet guests, manage seating arrangements, and support the front-of-house team.

You will interact with guests in a fast-paced hotel restaurant, coordinate with kitchen and bartenders, and uphold HHG standards of excellence. A minimum of two years in a busy restaurant environment is preferred, with fluent English and a team-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant.
• Ability to speak English fluently.
• Strong hospitality instincts and professional demeanor.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival, lead them to tables, and provide menus.
• Answer incoming calls and meet guests’ needs.
• Maintain assigned areas and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate with staff to maintain efficient service flow.
• Relay reservations and large parties to staff.
• Assist bartenders during shifts and follow FOH SOPs.
