Responsibilities

• Greet guests, lead them to tables, and present menus.
• Answer calls and fulfill guest requests.
• Create floor charts and assign server sections.
• Coordinate with managers to keep guests happy.
• Communicate with kitchen and staff for smooth service.
• Relay reservations and large party details to staff.
• Support bartenders to maintain bar operations.
• Ensure timely, efficient, and courteous service.
• Maintain knowledge of HHG policies and procedures.
