Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant.
• Fluent English for guest communication.
• Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Experience with reservations systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, lead them to their table, and provide menus.
• Answer incoming calls and meet guests’ needs.
• Create floor charts and assign servers to sections as requested by managers.
• Maintain cleanliness of assigned areas.
• Coordinate with kitchen and restaurant staff for smooth service.
• Relay messages regarding reservations/large parties to staff and ensure timely service.
