Job summary

The Post Oak Hotel in Houston, TX, part of Landry's, is seeking a Minibar Attendant to manage minibar inventories, restock, and ensure FIFO rotation. The role requires hospitality excellence and guest-ready service in Forbes Five-Star luxury surroundings.

Responsibilities include replacing minibar items, maintaining cleanliness, handling guest inquiries, and supporting hotel operations while upholding safety policies.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of restaurant experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Previous hotel experience, luxury or Forbes experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Physical demands: Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing <=25 pounds; assist with movements >50 pounds; stand/sit/walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Consistently replace minibar items in guest rooms per consumption.
• Observe and maintain daily condition of minibar operation and related facilities/equipment.
• Maintain knowledge of all food and beverage items on minibar menu.
• Handle guest interactions with high hospitality and professionalism; assist guests with hotel services and inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of minibar storage areas; restocking and closing duties.

Education
