Job summary

The Moran, a Makeready property in Houston, seeks a Full-Time Mini-Bar Attendant to join our Food & Beverage team. You will replenish beverages and snacks, check expiry, and ensure privacy, cleanliness, and impeccable guest service in a luxury setting.

Experience in hospitality is preferred; knowledge of Forbes Travel Guide standards and Marriott luxury hotel experience are a plus. This role requires flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and professional, welcoming demeanor.
• Ability to anticipate guest needs with warmth and discretion.
• Strong teamwork and communication within a luxury hospitality setting.
• Previous hotel experience is preferred; knowledge of Forbes Travel Guide standards is a plus.
• Marriott or luxury hotel experience is a plus; maintain guest privacy at all times.
• Able to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Replenish beverages, snacks, and minibar items according to hotel standards.
• Check products for damage, expiration, and quality.
• Report missing, damaged, or malfunctioning minibar equipment to the appropriate department.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, front desk, and F&B teams to ensure timely service.
• Respond professionally to guest inquiries regarding minibar products and charges.
• Follow hotel procedures for guest privacy, hygiene, safety, and inventory control.
• Assist with stocktaking and inventory reconciliation as required.
