Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a similar role within hospitality, preferably luxury hotel.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organization.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Proficiency in using technology for minibar tracking and billing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain minibar inventory, ensuring items are stocked and presented.
• Provide personalized and professional service to guests for minibar selections and requests.
• Regularly restock minibars, ensuring items are fresh, organized, and aligned with hotel standards.
• Monitor item freshness and remove expired or damaged products promptly.
• Record and charge guests for minibar consumption following billing procedures.
• Address guest inquiries and concerns regarding minibar charges or selections politely.
• Maintain accurate minibar inventory records and assist in ordering and receiving supplies.
• Implement strategies to minimize waste and maximize minibar efficiency.
• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the minibar and minibars/carts.
