Job summary

The Moran City Centre in Houston is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Mini-Bar Attendant to join our luxury Food & Beverage team. You will ensure minibar services meet the highest standards and provide warm, discreet service to guests.

This role requires a polished demeanor, the ability to anticipate guest needs, and strong teamwork. Previous hotel experience is preferred, and familiarity with Forbes Travel Guide standards is a plus.

Qualifications

• Ability to anticipate guest needs with warmth and discretion.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently while engaging with the F&B team.
• Previous hotel experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of Forbes Travel Guide service standards is a plus.
• Marriott or luxury hotel experience is a plus.
• Ability to maintain guest privacy at all times.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods; perform physical duties.
• Able to lift, carry, push, and pull items as required.
• Full-time availability with flexibility for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Replenish beverages, snacks, and minibar items per hotel standards.
• Check products for damage, expiration, and quality.
• Report missing, damaged, or malfunctioning minibar equipment.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, front desk, and F&B teams for timely service.
• Respond to guest inquiries regarding minibar products and charges.
• Follow procedures for guest privacy, hygiene, safety, and inventory control.
• Assist with stocktaking and inventory reconciliation.
