The Moran City Centre in Houston, a Makeready property, is seeking a Full-Time Mini-Bar Attendant to join our hospitality team. You will inspect minibars, replenish items, and ensure accurate charges with warm, discreet service.

You’ll coordinate with housekeeping and front desk, maintain clean storage, monitor expiry, and uphold luxury standards and guest privacy. Previous hotel experience and knowledge of service guidelines are a plus.

• Previous experience in a hotel is preferred.

• Marriott or luxury hotel experience is a plus.
• Ability to maintain guest privacy and confidentiality.
• Physical ability to stand/walk for extended periods and handle lifting and pushing.
• Full-time availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Mansioni

• Inspect guest-room minibars daily to check stock and expiry dates.
• Replenish beverages, snacks, and minibar items per standards.
• Record items consumed and report charges accurately to front desk/billing.
• Maintain minibar inventory and daily consumption reports.
• Check products for damage, expiration, and quality.
• Keep minibars and storage areas clean and organized.
• Coordinate with housekeeping/front desk/FOH for timely service.
• Respond to guest inquiries regarding minibar products and charges.
• Adhere to privacy, hygiene, safety, and inventory control procedures.
• Assist with stocktaking and inventory reconciliation.
