Responsibilities

• Ensure guests have an excellent bar experience, including setup and maintenance.
• Keep the bar fully stocked with glassware, beverages, ice and garnishes.
• Assist with weekly inventory and organize deliveries and stock.
• Cultivate relationships with guests, recognizing in-house and MLA guests.
• Accommodate dietary restrictions and special occasion requests with care.
• Report and help correct imperfections; collaborate with other hotel departments.
• Maintain open communication to ensure alignment across the team.
• Represent The Beverly Hills Hotel with pride and uphold the pledge.
