Responsibilities

• Prepare breads and pastries per recipes; review production sheets; meet quality and presentation standards.
• Oversee production and ordering; manage amenity needs; maintain kitchen logs for food safety.
• Monitor excess items; use baking tools properly to produce baked goods.
• Adhere to food safety policies; ensure correct temperatures and report issues.
• Train staff on procedures; communicate effectively with the team.
• Monitor quality and portions; ensure standards set by Pastry and Exec Chefs.
• Handle guest requests for allergies/restrictions; fulfill special occasions when possible.
• Support luxury service by reporting imperfections and assisting correction.
• Communicate across departments to maintain alignment and care for the hotel.
