Job summary

Discovery Land Company is seeking a Steward/Dishwasher for Atlantic Fields, outside Hobe Sound, FL. The role supports the Culinary Department by maintaining spotless kitchens and back-of-house areas, assisting with event setups, and aiding in inventory control.

The candidate should have prior culinary experience and at least three months of guest service exposure in high-end settings, with the ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Prior culinary experience preferred.
• At least three months guest service experience at a high-end restaurant, resort, private club, or hotel.

Responsibilities

• Work with culinary and F&B leaders to uphold exemplary standards.
• Keep all kitchen areas clean and sanitary; assist with setup, service, and break down for events.
• Assist in inventory control of catering equipment and plateware; ensure safe handling of all items.
• Support culinary staff and perform side work as needed; maintain organization and cleanliness.
