• Must have at least 3 years of culinary experience in a high‑volume luxury setting.
• Ability to read and follow recipes, perform basic math, and communicate in English.
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, sanitation, and safety standards.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and finish food items across all kitchen stations per recipes and standards.
• Maintain quality, consistency, and portion control throughout all meal periods.
• Demonstrate proficient knife skills to support food prep and station readiness.
• Label, date, store, and rotate food items per standards and Health Department rules.
• Keep work areas, equipment, and storage areas clean and sanitized at all times.
• Complete station breakdown and closing responsibilities, including inventory organization.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to management.
