Job summary

Wynn Las Vegas is seeking a Cook I for the Tower Suites Lobby Bar to support daily kitchen operations and uphold Wynn’s high culinary standards. You will prepare and present items with consistency and efficiency, ensuring quality and portion control across shifts in a refined luxury setting.

Responsibilities include following recipes, maintaining cleanliness, labeling and rotating stock, and coordinating with management on inventory needs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Requires a minimum of 3 years of culinary experience in a high‑volume luxury hotel, resort, restaurant, or scratch‑cooking environment.
• Must communicate in English, read recipes, and perform basic math; second language a plus.
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food preparation, sanitation, and safety standards.
• Demonstrated knife skills and ability to execute precise food preparation tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and finish food items across all kitchen stations following recipes and presentation standards.
• Maintain quality, consistency, and portion control across all meal periods.
• Label, date, store, and rotate food products per company and Health Department regulations.
• Keep work areas, equipment, walk‑ins, and storage areas clean and sanitary at all times.
• Complete station breakdown and closing tasks, restock and organize inventory as needed.
