Job summary

Ideal candidates will have prior security or related experience in luxury environments, a valid driver’s license, and current CPR/AED/First Aid certification (or the ability to obtain). Flexible overnight, weekend, and holiday availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible, welcoming security presence.
• Identify safety hazards and document incidents with logs and reports.
• Assist guests with access requests following verification procedures.
• Use de-escalation to support a safe, service-focused environment.
• Respond to accidents and emergencies; provide First Aid as certified.
• Monitor CCTV, alarms and life-safety systems; follow procedures.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Residences, Engineering and other departments.
• Log and safeguard items, releasing only to verified owners.
