Job summary

US Auto Trust, a premier luxury automotive group including Lamborghini Dallas, is seeking a top-notch Receptionist to join our service team. The role involves answering calls, directing inquiries to appropriate associates, greeting visitors, scheduling appointments, mail handling, and general clerical duties to ensure a seamless luxury customer experience.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of experience, excellent phone etiquette, and solid MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ yrs experience preferred.
• Motivated individual with friendly personality and fast-paced organizational skills.
• Must be able to multi-task and stay organized.
• Team oriented and focused on customer service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and visitors in a warm, professional manner and provide a luxury dealership experience.
• Answer and screen incoming calls with excellent etiquette; direct to the right department and take messages.
• Provide general information (location, directions, contact info, website).
• Schedule and book customer appointments.
• Receive, sort, and distribute mail and publications; manage deliveries with FedEx/UPS.
• Maintain telephone roster and administrative records; assist with clerical duties.
• Represent the dealership as a professional brand ambassador and ensure an efficient customer experience.
• Perform other duties to support dealership operations.
