Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, handling mail, coordinating deliveries, and supporting clerical tasks while upholding the brand’s professional standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of receptionist experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
• Clean valid driver’s license and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and visitors in a warm, professional manner in a luxury dealership.
• Answer and screen incoming calls with excellent phone etiquette and route to the right department.
• Provide general information including location, directions, and contact details.
• Schedule and book customer appointments as needed.
• Greet, assist, and direct visitors throughout the dealership.
• Receive, sort, and distribute mail and publications.
• Coordinate express deliveries via FedEx and UPS.
• Maintain the telephone roster and other administrative records.
• Assist with photocopying, faxing, filing, and collating.
• Represent the dealership as a professional brand ambassador and support operations.
