Job summary

The Dunlin, Auberge Collection on Johns Island near Kiawah River is seeking a Front Desk Agent dedicated to warm, personalized guest service. You will manage arrivals and departures, assist with requests, and ensure a memorable stay through polished hospitality.

Responsibilities include check-ins/outs, handling reservations and payments, maintaining guest records in the PMS, and collaborating with housekeeping and management to uphold luxury standards.

Qualifications

• English communication clearly and pleasantly, both orally and in writing.
• Attention to detail in handling guest records, payments, and reservations.
• Ability to interact in a polite, professional, and engaging manner.
• Experience in a luxury environment is preferred.

• Deliver exceptional guest service by overseeing check‑ins, check‑outs, room assignments, and special requests with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Anticipate guest needs with concierge‑level assistance and resolve concerns to enhance the guest experience.

• Uphold luxury brand standards through a polished, welcoming demeanor and high-quality guest interactions.

• Anticipate guest needs and provide tailored recommendations, concierge‑level assistance, and prompt resolution of concerns to enhance the overall guest experience
• Maintain accurate guest records, process payments, and handle reservations using property management systems while ensuring data confidentiality and accuracy
• Uphold luxury brand standards by presenting a polished, welcoming demeanor and ensuring every guest interaction reflects excellence and hospitality
• Collaborate with housekeeping, concierge, and management teams to ensure seamless communication, operational efficiency, and consistently high service quality

Pay $19 / hour

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in same or similar role.
• Ability to clearly and pleasantly communicate in English, both orally and in writing.
