Coach, a global fashion house, is seeking a Sales Support Associate to help drive store success through exceptional customer service, cash-wrap accuracy, and organized stock flow. You will act as a brand ambassador, support merchandising, and help guests find the right products while maintaining a welcoming store environment.

Ideal candidates have retail or luxury retail experience, strong English communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience, preferably luxury retail service
• Knowledge of fashion trends and marketplace competition
• Familiarity with cash register systems and basic computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong English language proficiency (for US context)

Responsabilités

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance
• Serve as a brand ambassador locally; support social media engagement
• Operate POS accurately; maintain cash wrap and stockroom organization
• Suggest add-on products and promote gift cards; capture customer information where permitted
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies
• Manage stock levels; replenish sales floor; execute visual merchandising updates
• Support sales floor activities; respond to customer requests; collaborate with team
• Maintain housekeeping standards and follow Loss Prevention guidelines
