Job summary

Persol in Beverly Hills is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service and expert product guidance for luxury eyewear. You will build relationships, stay current on trends, and help clients choose frames, while meeting sales targets in a fast-paced, high-end environment.

The role involves upselling, product knowledge, and providing seamless in-store and online customer support, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends in a boutique setting that reflects Persol's

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in retail sales, preferably eyewear/luxury.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to all clients and ensure a memorable shopping experience.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge through training.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of brand, warranties and add-on features.
• Build and maintain client relationships with in-store and follow-up communication.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets via upselling and cross-selling.
• Assist with minor adjustments and repairs.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment on sales floor and back of house.
• Provide omnichannel support for a seamless in-store and online experience.
• Adhere to brand policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
