Job summary

Oliver Peoples Boston Seaport is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service, maintain product knowledge, and help clients select the perfect frame. You will build relationships, meet and exceed sales targets, assist with minor adjustments, and ensure a clean, organized store while providing omnichannel support across online and in-store channels.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years retail sales experience, preferably eyewear or luxury.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Punctual, reliable and able to work evenings/weekends/holidays.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets.
• Team player who is adaptable and open to feedback.
• Analytical thinker capable of solving problems under pressure.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to all clients.
• Stay current on industry trends and product knowledge.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of brand, warranties, and add-ons.
• Build and maintain client relationships with follow-up.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, monthly sales targets.
• Assist with minor adjustments and repairs.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment.
• Provide omnichannel support across online and in-store.
• Adhere to brand policies and procedures.
