Job summary

LensCrafters in Los Angeles is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service, share product knowledge, and drive sales in a fast-paced eyewear environment.

You will build lasting relationships with clients, stay informed on trends, and provide personalized recommendations while maintaining a clean store and supporting omnichannel experiences. Excellent communication and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in retail sales, preferably in eyewear or luxury retail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients.
• Must be punctual, reliable and able to work flexible hours (evenings, weekends, holidays).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and provide top-notch service.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to all clients and ensure a memorable shopping experience.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge through trainings.
• Display in-depth knowledge of Brand, warranties and add-on features.
• Build and maintain client relationships both in-store and through follow-up communications.
• Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets by upselling and cross-selling.
• Assist with minor adjustments and repairs.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment; manage both sales floor and back-office areas.
• Provide omnichannel support for seamless online and in-store experiences.
• Adhere to all brand policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
