Job summary

Ray-Ban at Prudential Center is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service, know our eyewear, and meet sales targets. You will provide personalized recommendations and maintain an inviting store environment.

This role requires 2+ years of retail experience, strong communication skills, and flexibility including evenings and weekends. The pay range is $18.32–$27.47 per hour with a potential bonus/commission and a comprehensive total rewards package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of retail sales experience, preferably eyewear/luxury.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Punctual and reliable; able to work evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets.
• Team player; adaptable and receptive to feedback.
• Natural problem-solver; can handle workload pressure.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and memorable shopping experiences.
• Stay up-to-date on trends and product knowledge; attend trainings.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Brand, warranties, and add-on features.
• Build and maintain client relationships; follow-up communication.
• Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets via upselling/cross-selling.
• Assist with minor adjustments and repairs.
• Keep store clean, organized, and visually appealing.
