Job summary

The Ritz-Carlton, Chicago is hiring a Door Attendant to greet guests with warmth, professionalism, and anticipation. You will support arrivals and departures, assist with transportation, and keep the entrance inviting to reflect our legendary service.

Qualified candidates communicate fluently in English, know local establishments, and deliver attentive, courteous service while maintaining a friendly demeanor throughout shifts and guest interactions.

Qualifications

• Must have general knowledge of basic customer service skills and be fluent in oral and written English.
• Must be able to see objects and people at a distance.
• Must be able to communicate verbally and understand and follow verbal instruction.

Responsibilities

• Greets and assists guests with directions, transportation, and requests upon arrival and departure.
• Transports luggage from room to lobby and assists with loading into vehicles.
• Promotes the property’s amenities and restaurants and answers guest questions.
