Qualifications

• Attention to detail in order-taking and payment processing.
• Knowledge of food and beverage menus and dietary considerations.
• Basic math skills for handling payments and tips.
• Flexible to work shifts, including evenings and holidays.
• Physical stamina for standing, walking, and carrying trays.

Responsabilités

• Submit guest menu selections and present beverage preferences.
• Gain menu knowledge and provide recommendations.
• Engage with guests through casual conversation and hospitality.
• Assist with general restaurant preparation and cleanliness.
• Maintain sanitary dining environment and service standards.
• Greet guests, seat them, and provide menus and drinks.
• Take accurate orders and communicate specials and dietary notes.
• Coordinate with kitchen for timely food and beverage delivery.
• Serve orders promptly with proper presentation.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address requests.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Collaborate with team during peak times and assist as needed.
• Process payments and present bills accurately.
• Perform opening/closing duties and pre-shift tasks.
