Job summary

Flik Hospitality Group is seeking an experienced dining room leader to manage the guest experience from welcome through service completion. You will uphold Polaris Lounge standards, stay visible on the dining floor, and coach front‑of‑house staff to deliver warm, professional service.

The role requires 3+ years in high-volume hospitality, a background in luxury dining or airport lounges, and a solid understanding of food safety and POS tools. Flexibility for peak shifts is essential.

Qualifications

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent hospitality experience considered.
• 3+ years of progressive experience in full-service restaurant, fine dining, luxury hotel, premium airport lounge, or similar operations preferred.
• Previous supervisory or management experience in high-volume hospitality environment preferred.
• Experience with dining room service and coordination with culinary operations.
• Experience with luxury hospitality standards or premium guest experiences strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily execution of the complete dining room guest experience from welcome to service conclusion.
• Ensure interactions reflect Polaris Lounge hospitality standards with warmth and professionalism.
• Maintain a visible dining room presence, support staff, and identify service improvements.
• Oversee service sequencing, menu presentation, order-taking, beverage coordination, and food delivery.
• Communicate accurate wait times and manage table-status procedures.
• Supervise and coach front‑of‑house staff, including hosts, servers, and lounge attendants.
• Provide timely feedback and coaching to improve performance and guest satisfaction.
• Assist with workforce planning and coverage across operating periods.
