You will serve as the central point of communication for guest flow, VIP arrivals, and front-of-house coordination, ensuring a seamless, refined arrival and dining experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2+ years in fine dining or luxury hospitality preferred.
• Experience with reservation systems (SevenRooms or similar) preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with poise and warmth, ensuring a refined arrival experience.
• Manage reservations and seating with precision, balancing pacing and expectations.
• Coordinate VIP arrivals and special occasions with management and teams.
