Job summary

Wynn Las Vegas is seeking a Fine Dining Host to deliver a luxurious arrival and seating experience, coordinating guest flow and front-of-house operations with Forbes Five-Star service standards. The host greets guests, manages reservations (SevenRooms preferred), coordinates VIP arrivals and special occasions, and acts as a liaison to servers and management to ensure impeccable guest satisfaction.

Candidates should have a high school diploma and 1–2+ years in fine dining or luxury hospitality;

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2+ years of experience in a fine dining, luxury hospitality, or upscale guest service role preferred
• Experience with reservation systems (e.g., SevenRooms or similar) preferred
• Candidates must be at least 18 years of age

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests with poise, warmth, and professionalism.
• Manage reservations and guest seating with precision.
• Coordinate VIP arrivals, special occasions, and high-priority reservations.
• Maintain the host stand and front-of-house readiness.
• Act as liaison between guests, servers, and management to communicate preferences and requests.
