Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and hospitality, manage arrivals and seating, and coordinate guest flow.
• Manage reservations, walk-ins, and seating with accuracy and efficiency; monitor pacing and wait times.
• Uphold Forbes Five-Star service standards and communicate guest preferences to the team.
• Serve as liaison between guests, managers, servers, bartenders, and golf operations to ensure seamless service.
