Job summary

The Bristal Assisted Living in West Babylon, NY seeks a polished Concierge Greeter to create a warm first impression at the front desk, representing the brand's hospitality with a higher purpose. Must be able to work at least one weekend day per week and be fluent in English; experience in customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Responding to resident, guest and team member inquiries in a polite and timely fashion
• Ensuring all emergencies are handled promptly and appropriately
• Keeping the front desk sign in/out logs accurate and up to date
• Performing basic computer data entry as needed
