Job summary

The Bristal Assisted Living is seeking a Concierge Greeter to create an exceptional first impression for residents and visitors at our front desk. You will greet guests warmly, manage inquiries, and support a high level of hospitality in a luxury senior living environment.

Ideal candidates will have a clear speaking voice, cheerful demeanor, and strong English communication. A high school diploma or better is required, with Associates preferred, and weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required or better; associates preferred.
• Excellent communication, phone and in-person.
• Professional demeanor and hospitality focus.
• Ability to handle emergencies calmly and efficiently.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Fluent English in spoken and written form.
• Respectful and courteous to residents and staff.
• Flexible schedule, including weekend days.

Responsibilities

• Answer and redirect calls professionally and positively.
• Take accurate messages and respond to resident requests promptly.
• Greet visitors warmly and complete inquiries.
• Respond to resident, guest, and team inquiries in a timely manner.
• Ensure emergencies are handled promptly and appropriately.
• Maintain front desk logs and basic data entry as needed.
