Responsibilities

• Answering and redirecting incoming calls with professionalism and positivity.
• Taking accurate and courteous messages and responding to resident requests.
• Greeting visitors warmly and completing information cards on inquiries.
• Responding to resident, guest and team member inquiries in a polite and timely fashion.
• Ensuring emergencies are handled promptly and appropriately.
• Keeping front desk sign in/out logs accurate and up to date.
• Performing basic computer data entry as needed.
