Job summary

The Landings Club Inc is seeking a reliable Custodian to support The Landings Golf and Athletic Club on Skidaway Island near Savannah. You will maintain cleanliness across offices, locker rooms, dining areas, and public spaces, following safety and sanitation standards.

Morning shift 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM; full-time, weekends and holidays required. This role emphasizes teamwork, meticulous attention to detail, and a friendly, member-focused attitude in a luxury club environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years custodial experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintains cleanliness and deep cleaning schedule for all areas to include offices, reception, break rooms, locker rooms, bathrooms, hallways, smoothie bar, exercise and treatment rooms, and storage areas as required.
• Cleans all internal and external areas of center, including walkways, entry areas, and parking lots.
• Applies proper cleaning techniques for vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, stripping and waxing, dusting, spot cleaning, scrubbing and disinfecting.
• Restocks toilet paper, towels, soap, lotion, sanitizer other items as needed.
• Adheres to and maintains the Club’s high standards of cleanliness.
• Presents a friendly demeanor and shows genuine interest in the members’ needs or questions and always attempts to accommodate any reasonable request.
