Job summary

The Landings Golf and Athletic Club, a private luxury residential club on Skidaway Island near Savannah, seeks a Full-Time Front of House Supervisor to oversee event setup, guest service and banquet operations. Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Prior set-up experience preferred.
• Ability to adhere to club standards of service.
• Ability to meet physical demands of the position.
• Excellent verbal, written and multitasking skills.
• Knowledge of food, wine, and spirits.
• Familiarity with POS, payroll and back-office systems.

Responsibilities

• Greets and communicates with members warmly and promptly.
• Maintains professional appearance and demeanor.
• Reviews BEOs at shift start to confirm room setup.
• Sets up tables, linens, chairs for banquets.
• Prepares rooms; adjusts lights, sound and temperature.
• Maintains urgency on the floor.
• Cleans banquet storage and service areas.
• Assists kitchen and banquet servers during service.
• Drives company vehicles to deliver supplies.
• Performs duties as assigned.
