Job summary

Maison Valentino in Elmont, NY seeks a Part Time Client Advisor/Stylist at the Belmont Outlet. You will engage clients, deliver personalized shopping experiences, and uphold brand standards in a luxury retail environment.

As a Client Advisor, you will build lasting relationships, drive sales, and participate in CRM initiatives while staying informed on fashion trends and store promotions. Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail with relevant clientele focused experience.
• Proven track record in achieving sales results.
• Exceptional clientele and relationship-building skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer skills to operate retail POS and MS Office programs.
• Able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Foreign languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Master the Client Journey to create strong long-term client relationships.
• Engage with existing and potential clientele to drive sales.
• Deliver the Valentino Couture Service in every phase of the client journey.
• Meet CRM targets and participate in CRM campaigns and clienteling tasks.
• Prepare for client appointments with research and merchandising organization.
• Maintain product presentation and stock on the floor with the team.
• Operate POS system for client transactions and store operations.
