You will conduct makeup applications, build loyalty through Nordstrom Rewards, and support in-store events while staying current with trends and product knowledge. A flexible schedule and strong customer service are essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications, skincare analyses and recommend products based on customer’s beauty goals.
• Collaborate with team to create a welcoming environment for all customers.
• Set and achieve sales goals, in-store and digital selling with tools and social media.
• Book appointments and drive sales for in-store Beauty events and services.
• Keep department customer-ready through organization and cleanliness.
• Keep up with beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings.
• Manage sales, refunds, exchanges, and build customer loyalty by opening Nordstrom Rewards accounts.
