Job summary

AIR Communities is hiring Maintenance Technicians to work onsite at The Chase at Overlook Ridge in Revere, MA. You will help residents with repairs, perform turns, and maintain HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.

We offer an attractive package including hourly pay of $22.00–$23.00, quarterly bonuses up to $1,500, and a 50% rent discount at AIR Communities. Growth opportunities and strong training support are provided.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience in facilities or building environments.
• Proficient in at least two technical trades (plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC, carpentry).
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts (at least one week a month).
• Reliable transportation to respond to emergency service requests after hours.
• Read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to residents and assist team members.
• Complete basic apartment turns to ready units for next resident move-in.
• Perform resident-requested repairs and routine maintenance (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances).
• May train other Maintenance Technicians and support skill development.
• May assist with vendor quality and move-in/move-out inspections.
• Responsibilities vary by team, facility needs, and season.
