AIR Communities is seeking Maintenance Technicians to work on-site at The Chase at Overlook Ridge in Revere, MA. The role focuses on resolving service requests and turning apartments to ensure a seamless move-in experience for residents.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience.
• Proficient in at least two technical trades (plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC, carpentry, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to residents and assistance to team members.
• Complete basic apartment turns to ready units for next resident.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances).
• May train and guide other Maintenance Technicians and support skill development.
• Assist with vendor quality and move-in/move-out inspections.
