• Lead day-to-day management of heart and lung transplant inpatients, including pre-, intra-, and post-operative care, ICU rounding, and discharge planning.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary care with transplant cardiology, pulmonology, and related services.
• Participate in organ offers/list management, selection conferences, and operative planning for transplant procedures.
• Engage in quality, safety, and performance improvement initiatives within the transplant programs.
• Participate in call as assigned.
