UPMC in Pennsylvania is recruiting a Heart & Lung Transplant Fellow to participate in advanced training across two high-volume services. The fellow will assist in the Heart and Lung Transplant programs with graded responsibility toward independence under the division co-chiefs.

Aufgaben

• Lead day-to-day management of heart and lung transplant inpatients, including pre-, intra-, and post-operative care.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary care with transplant cardiology, pulmonology, and other teams.
• Participate in organ offers/list management, selection conferences, and OR participation for transplant procedures.
• Engage in quality, safety, and performance improvement initiatives within transplant programs.
• Participate in on-call as assigned.
