• Demonstrated ability to mentor junior fellows and residents.
• Commitment to advancing transplant medicine and patient care.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day management of heart and lung transplant inpatients, including pre-, intra-, and post-operative care.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary care with transplant cardiology, pulmonology, ECMO/VAD, infectious diseases, pharmacy, and rehab services.
• Participate in organ offers, selection conferences, planning, and OR participation for transplant procedures.
• Engage in quality, safety, and performance improvement initiatives within transplant programs.
• Participate in on-call coverage as assigned.
