Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in biomedical sciences, public health, or related field.
  • Experience in academic/biomedical research administration with progress reporting and compliance.
  • Experience monitoring budgets and preparing financial reports for grants.
  • Experience planning meetings, workshops, or multi-institutional events.
  • Experience developing content for websites, newsletters, or program communications.
  • Familiarity with institutional administrative/financial systems in large academic/medical settings.
  • Experience working with philanthropic donors, private foundations, and fundraising teams.
  • Experience collaborating with executives and high-net-worth individuals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic planning and analysis for complex programs with broad challenges.
  • Administer and evaluate programs, ensure policy compliance, resolve cross‑boundary issues.
  • Represent the program to university and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage outreach strategies including communications and compliance.
  • Oversee staff in program development and implementation.
  • Develop or oversee budgets; monitor, forecast and report finances.
