Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
• Ability to work with students in a professional manner and give directions as needed.
• Patience and ability to interact professionally with students, parents and staff.
• Flexibility to work independently and use good judgment, especially with behavior.
• Promotes cultural differences and supports a diverse environment.
• First-Aid and CPR certification preferred.
• Must be physically able to lift and carry equipment, stand for long periods, and work outdoors in various temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and assist students during lunch, recess, and playtime.
• Clean tables and seating following district guidelines.
• Assist with dispensing and documenting medications per district regulations and nurse instructions.
• Support building operations such as arrivals/dismissals and student activities as needed.
• Organize materials and assist staff with projects as directed by the administrator.
• Perform other duties to ensure smooth operation of the building.
