The Caboose Market & Cafe is seeking a Full Time Line Cook to join our busy restaurant team. You will prepare high-quality meals using fresh ingredients and ensure each plate meets our standards for presentation and flavor.

We value creativity, experience, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional dining experience. Responsibilities include setting up the kitchen, prepping ingredients, maintaining inventory, following food safety regulations, and supporting opening/closing procedures.

Competenze

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Advanced culinary techniques and recipes knowledge preferred.
• Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure.
• Excellent time management skills required.
• Ability to meet physical demands including standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 pounds.

Mansioni

• Set up the kitchen with necessary tools and equipment.
• Prep back stock and menu ingredients.
