Job summary

TAL Building Centers is seeking a customer-focused associate for our Idaho store, onsite at the yard and warehouse. You will help customers load materials, stock shelves, and maintain a safe work environment while learning product locations and uses.

Starting with 1–3 months experience preferred, a valid driver's license, and willingness to pass MVR checks. This role offers comprehensive benefits for full-time employees and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physical requirements of the job.
• 1-3 months experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not necessary.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Must successfully pass our MVR requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with loading materials.
• Load, unload and stock lumber yard and warehouse.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Check materials loaded vs. invoice for accuracy.
• Assist with deliveries and loading for trucks.
• Learn product locations and uses to help customers.
