Job summary

TAL Building Centers is seeking an onsite Loader in Grangeville, Idaho to assist customers with yard materials, load and unload inventory, and stock the lumber yard and warehouse safely.

Responsibilities include coordinating with sales and yard teams, verifying invoices, and helping prepare loads for delivery. A valid driver's license and safety diligence are required; MVR checks will be performed. Starting wage is based on experience.

Qualifications

• Assist customers with yard materials and loading/unloading safely.
• Stock materials in lumber yard and warehouse.
• Maintain a safe work environment.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and pass MVR requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and help locate materials and provide loading assistance.
• Coordinate with sales and yard team for prompt, coordinated service.
• Check loaded materials against invoices for accuracy.
• May pull loads for delivery and bundle safely for transport.
• Operate forklifts and light trucks after training and certification.
• Report unsafe conditions or damages immediately.
• May cut materials using radial arm/panel saw.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
